The Current Selection
Each offering is roasted in batches of 12 kg or fewer, ensuring consistency and attention to every bean.
Jasmine, bergamot, and stone fruit. A bright, tea-like body that highlights the terroir of the Gedeo zone.
Brown sugar, red apple, and a whisper of cocoa. Balanced and approachable with a clean, lingering finish.
Cedar, dark chocolate, and earthy depth. Full-bodied with a syrupy texture that holds up beautifully to milk.

Vitruvian Coffee Roasters began with a simple conviction: that exceptional coffee deserves exceptional attention. Located on West Broadway in the heart of Enid, our roastery is where green beans become something worth sharing.
We work directly with growers whose dedication to quality matches our own. Every lot is cupped, roasted, and evaluated before it reaches our customers. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is anonymous.
